Brittney has diverse background working in civil litigation for many esteemed groups and firms, including, The City of Phoenix Legal Department, Davis Miles McGuire Gardner, and Schmidt Schneck Even and Williams. Brittney has an undergraduate degree from Northern Arizona University, a Masters of Law and Policy from Vermont Law School, and a JD from ASU’s Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law.

In addition to her work and education background, Brittney has experience in jury trials and arbitrations and was a judicial clerk for Judge Wanslee in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
